Close to 90 Air Travels Linked to Jeffrey Epstein Allegedly Arrived at or Departed from British Airfields

Analysis has uncovered that nearly 90 aircraft journeys linked to the late financier Jeffrey Epstein allegedly touched down at and left UK airfields, with some reportedly transporting women from the UK who assert they were exploited by the convicted sex offender.

Flight Logs Reveal Pattern of Travel

The flight logs were among thousands of court documents and papers made public by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been disclosed over the last year. The investigation uncovered 87 flights connected to Epstein – including many that were not previously known – arriving or departing from British airfields between the early 1990s and 2018.

Passenger Details and Post-Conviction Travel

Unnamed women were documented among the individuals flying to and from the UK. Notably, 15 of these flights involving the UK occurred following Epstein’s 2008 conviction for procuring prostitution from a child.

“It was ‘astonishing’ that there had never been a ‘comprehensive British inquiry’ into his dealings in the country,” remarked US lawyers acting for numerous Epstein victims.

UK Survivors and Legal Proceedings

A statement from one of the UK-based survivors aided the conviction of Epstein’s accomplice socialite Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. However, that individual has not received any contact by police in the UK, as stated by her Florida-based lawyer.

In a statement, the Metropolitan police said they had “not received any new evidence that would support reopening the investigation.” They noted, “If fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, encompassing any resulting from the disclosure of documents in the US, we will evaluate it.”

Continuing Disclosure and Legal Rulings

A bill to make public all files held by the US government in concerning Epstein passed the House and Senate last month. The US justice department has until 19 December to comply. Hundreds of thousands of documents are anticipated to be made public.

In a related development, a US judge decided last week that the DOJ could publicly release case files from a sex-trafficking case against Maxwell, Epstein’s long-term associate, who is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence over the allegations.
